        I stayed here last October 2023, great hotel, although the room was a bit beaten up, but overall my stay was fab, I loved the rooftop pool, all the madness going on below in Bangkok, but felt relaxed by the pool and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again. I was travelling solo and felt safe and welcomed.

        It's absolutely my favourite hotel when I stay in Bangkok. Very close to the BTS and even on a quiet road. Very good massage shops, 7/11, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. To Soi 11 it's only a short walk were you can find many clubs and beer bars. The staff is helping you in a very friendly way, the rooms are very clean and if you forgot some equipment, l for example shaver, charging cable, sewing set etc. you can get it in the reception. So don't forget to give a tip every day for the cleaning staff, because they work hard and good. A lot of TV channels are available, and the air condition is working very good. After a busy day outside you can relax in a small but nice rooftop pool. I will come back for sure.

        We stayed at the Citrus 13 Hotel in September. The lobby seems to have been renovated recently. The outdoor seating area stood out to me, providing a delightful space to order drinks and enjoy light meals. The ambiance is truly inviting. I must commend the front office staff for their exceptional friendliness and courtesy. Their willingness to assist added to the positive atmosphere of the stay. Opting for a room with breakfast was undoubtedly a wise decision, as the breakfast offerings catered to diverse palates with a selection of Western, Indian, and Thai cuisines. The service during breakfast was prompt and attentive. Furthermore, the rooftop pool at Citrus 13 is a fantastic addition. In the evening, the hotel transforms into an excellent venue for dining and drinks, making it a well-rounded experience. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall quality of service provided.

        Location nice- near by 7-11 just few steps away, asok and nana MTS stand near by so no need to spend too much on transport. I was unhappy with their quality of rooms though. The bathroom didn’t drain properly, had to wait several minutes for it to drain, the slider door for bathroom was only attached to the upper side and the whole door if pushed little could go away vertically. We had to ask for refill of water and towels change several time. Over all i give average rating to this hotel compared what we spend.

        Simply just not good enough. I stayed here twice over the past four weeks (would have cancelled my second booking if I had not forgotten) and both stays were disappointing. During my first stay I got a room “upgrade”. This upgrade consisted of an extra bed occupying a bulk of the room and a large dirty bathtub. It was so dirty that there were mould stains all over it. The glass in the bathroom was also really dirty. No sockets next to the bed and too many lights blinking around the room. The next morning I was woken extremely early by construction outside. The second time I checked in at 14:00 and had to wait 45mins for my room to be ready - this is 45mins after their check-in time. Myself and other guests crowded in the small reception until the rooms were ready. This room was definitely cleaner when I entered (I had emailed a complaint beforehand requesting a cleaner room) but upon closer inspection I saw so much dirt under the couch, behind the door, and even faeces in the shower. Again, too many blinking lights in this room. There was no housekeeping so I used the same towel for two days. In terms of sleeping, the bed as not comfortable at all. This place was so bad I left a day early.
