Great budget hotel, only a few metro stops from the airport. Large comfortable room. Good base for sightseeing - with a mall (containing a supermarket and plenty of food options) across the road. Small rooftop pool and fitness room. Basic but decent buffet breakfast is a bargin at only 30AED.

The room was not clean but with quite spacious. The bed sheet was not clean, and never be cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was of a poor quality, and no coffee except instant coffee. For coffee you need to pay extra. Personnel were helpful and always with smiles.

From November 15 to 20, 2023, we had the pleasure of staying at City Avenue Al Reqqa Hotel as a group of 6 ladies from Soroptimist Milimani club, Nairobi. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a delightful stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was dining recommendations or arranging transportation, the staff's professionalism and genuine hospitality were truly commendable. More so Muhammad Subhan was very helpful. Furthermore, the central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Close proximity to attractions, airport,shopping, and dining options enriched our overall experience.

The staff in this hotel discriminate and cannot express themselves properly. Management of the hotel should train staff properly on how to be hospitable to guests. I met a very rude receptionist by the name Noman who could not show me where it is written in the hotels rules and policies that guests cannot take their visitors to their rooms even after showing valid emirates ID cards. I can see i am not the first to raise issues with the racist and discriminatory attitude from staff. Management only responds to such reviews with standard marketing statements which tells you all they care about is money and not to provide an exceptional experience to guests. This is a pity!

Nice hotel, beautiful and clean; the rooms are very spacious; the staff are very helpful and nice; all of them without exception; you only need to ask for something and they will make it happen for you. I even ask for a balance to weigh my luggage , and they bring it to my room. The position is great, near the Union metro station. Near to several restaurants: Indien égyptien restaurant, fast food, Carefure, Al Ghurair Mall, day-to-day... The hotel should be classified as a 4 ⭐ hotel, not 3. I had a lovely time there for 10 days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
