Was our first hotel to stay and hearing its 4 star had high expectations. The rooms allotted to us in 1st were quite small.The only positive was we were a family of four and got adjacent rooms which were interconnected through a internal door. The view outside was that of an abandoned house and wasn't good at all. The bathroom had a bidet which normally I don't think is present in Georgia which is a huge plus for Indians. The buffet I found adequate with variety and was happy with it.

It’s clean and good hotel. There are shops around it. Hotel’s breakfast is very good and tasty. They cook traditional foods sometimes. Room services are good and enough. Bathroom is good and enough. Thank you.

I stayed in this property for two nights during my Georgia visit. I don't know why they called 4 star hotel. Only location of the property is good. Rooms are tiny for even one person. They have the worst breakfast. First of very few food options. On top of it, they don't even refill the items once they are over. According to them they serve breakfast from 8am to 11 am, on the first day when I went there at 8.50am there was no food. And they don't care how want to have your omelet. They will make it according to their wish. Second day also the same issue. Normally in these kind of hotels they listen to guest. But here they don't care. They work like programmed robots. Nothing worth mentioning about this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
