The hotel is well-furnished with an exceptional top deck on the 14th floor overlooking the bay area, allowing us to view the fireworks on NYE. Ha Long market is right behind with a huge variety of seafood and the "now-closed" Poem Mountain. An alternative would be the Temple Chua Bao Hai near Sunworld. On first impressions, the service felt tentative, and perhaps after reading the reviews, maybe I understand why. We unfortunately also witnessed an incident with a guest returning blackened dirty towels. Although, I side strongly with the business, I think these could be improved with over-communication and service recovery or an empowerment of staff to waive certain cost to avoid an unhappy situation

a really good stay, clean and with a touch of luxury. Stayed here for two nights and was beautiful and seamless. Good staff, responsive and at a very accessible place. Breakfast can be better, a small range if options but good enough. Not much crowd which is the best part. Very peaceful to stay over and they also have grand piano to play which is out of the world. Definitely would suggest others to stay.

We had a lovely stay for two nights at this Ha Long Bay city. It’s very close to the shops and market of the main area with the bay a stone throw away. It’s also 20min taxi journey from the main port for the boat trips which u will either get picked up or make your own way. The hotel rooms themselves seem to be better condition then the photos currently on google maps which I think it must of had a re model at some point. The rooms was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The price itself was super affordable for me and my friend getting the twin room, they kindly checked us in early which was nice. We did order room service and there was a lot of confusion with ordering, as they came back to the room saying the dish we ordered the pork ran out and only got chicken. So we changed out order. After 15min they delivered my food and said that they didn’t have any chicken left would you like beef instead. And again we changed our ordered and this was like 40min at this point! Took whole hour for my friends dish to arrive after the dramas.

New hotel hence clean and quiet. Good view for room for facing the sea. Convenient location with shops and complex around. Facilities and amenities basics and enough to use. Buffet variety balance for customers selection. Worth to book room with breakfast. Only improvement required for staff training to learn common foreign language like English and Mandarin for better communication.

Very nice modern hotel, friendly staffs. Amenities are very new. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Just one minor drawback is the shower in bathroom could not stand straight somehow. Overall a very pleasure stay. I will definitely come back next time I come here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
