The hostel was very secure on the outside. Also the reception was very friendly with me all the time I was there and always was ready to help with questions I had. Very nice hospitality. The Central Station was also near. Only 20 minutes walking. The rooms were clean, beds too. No noise around which is perfect for people who want some peace. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything necessary you need. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend this hostel if you want to spend some good time in Milan.

Had a very great expereince in this hostel in Milano. It is operated by lovely people and made to feel much more like a personal homely experience than the typical massive hostel. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, great location and price. Certainly reccomend!

Great hostel to stay at in Milan if you want to be close to the center but still have some peace. Christian at the front is the absolute best!! He is warm and friendly, and really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. He knows all the best spots and made my trip really easy. The rooms are open and airy, and not so big. Plenty of outlets and a bit of space for everyone. The kitchen is always clean, but it doesn’t have a ton of space to hangout in if you’re looking for more or a party hostel.

This is a tiny hostel, located in an apartment in one of the older buildings of Milan, near the pt. Venezia metro. The staff were super prompt, and were patient for my endless questions. If you have a thing for the romanticism of old buildings and walk ups, want to soak up the feeling of nostalgia while listening to church bell, this place would be great for you. Everything I look for in a hostel - cooking facilities, clean bed, clean bathroom, locker, and safety+ safe neighbourhood, was there. Keep in mind, it's a hostel so get your own towel & padlock (though they provide, I think with a charge). Don't expect individually catered luxury.

I started to book my stay in this hostel since 2019 and until now its been called my home. For 6 long years staying and meeting Cristian and Danielle seems to me my family. The hostel is super crystal clean specially the toilet and bathroom. My bed is super comfortable that i dont feel like waking up. The atmosphere is like my second home. I met friendly guest which adds to my friends list. All i can say is that every time i am in milan i will alway be with my second family. Thank you Cristian for so accommodating every information i asked and the Best Danielle so friendly, sweet and assist you in every details to enjoy milan. In total super crystal clean. I will always come back to this hostel. Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
