It's an amazing hostel! Situated right on Augusta street, the rooms are clean and quite with a unique view... over the walking street Augusta. Staff speak many languages and are very helpful. The common areas are always clean and bathrooms many time cleaned per day. They also provide towels. The price is very accessible.

Perfect staying with a central location in Lisbon. We chose the room and private bathroom. Bed very comfortable, shower with both shampoo and body lotions. Differently from other hostels it was very quiet. If you arrive late they give you the code to enter in your room. Definitely recommended!

Good location with a nice individual room with a well equipped kitchen. The access to the hostel is through a gift store during the day, which wasn't warned prehand and although I had no problem at all and left my computer in the room the whole day (there is a locker), I feel the place could be made safer.

The best services , good value for money, nice airy rooms with window on the road. Wooden floor, spacious kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, blender, washing machine. Great bath room with clean sanitary ware. Hot water facility. Cutlery availability. Digital locks on room doors. Near to sea side. Situated on the city center market. Free Wi-Fi. Great satisfaction 👍.

Very weak air conditioning - difficult to breathe and sleep well at night. Ugly interior. Loud, unusable terrace (due to neighboring ac ventilators). Very dark rooms with barely any light. Low amount of space. The only positive side of this accommodation is its location. The stuff is also supportive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
