This hotel was disgusting. The room had roaches, the towels were dirty, one window was missing and replaced with one of those hand cranks windows that can be opened easily, missing floorboards and the locks on the door did not work. If it werent for the fact i just flew 5+hrs and that it was the middle of the night, i wouldve searched somewhere else. I will never stay here again and will not allow any family or friends to stay either.

Cheap but overall good for groups! A few friends and I were attending a convention down the road and the location makes it a super good pick. Not in the best area and the rooms definitely reflect the price but they were clean, there was hot water, and the staff were very sweet. Didn't feel unsafe staying there with friends though I can't speak to being alone there.

I blindly stayed here due to its proximity to the venue I was here to attend. I travel a lot for business and typically have my rooms booked for me. These are typically nice rooms. This was a personal trip. The room was OK, but the room had zero convenient power outlets to charge devices with, and I travel with many devices that need charging. Fortunately I had a long high powered charger so I not have to leave my phone hanging from the high TV power outlet. Be warned: I ordered my room through Expedia and am not sure if that had any influence, but as many here have mentioned - as soon as they collected money for the stay they will mention they also require $100 cash deposit. Seems to me the point there is if they have collect $ you won't just turn around and leave when they mention the deposit. I was aware of this hidden "requirement" when they mentioned it, I looked at him like he was crazy and let him know, I don't use cash. And haven't in 20 years. At which point he said "ok nevermind."

The hotel doesn't deserve a single star at all. Super filthy with no amenities. Worst hotel I have ever seen and stayed in my life. You can't imagine that LA harbours such a filthy hotel.

First room had bed bugs, YIKES. They changed our room, no bugs. The room only had 1 light in the bathroom?? No hot water! Pictures look nothing like the internet photos! They required a $100 CASH dep, booking said nothing about this. Better to pick another stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
