It's a great place for solo travellers. The shared toilets are always cleaned. You can keep the baggage at the reception in case of early check-in/ late check out. The location is also great. Located very next to the public transport network. Overall an amazing experience. Only drawback is that they dont have lifts.

It was such a nice stay in the heart of Melbourne. I could not be happier:-). The location is perfect, rooms were really nice and clean. They always made sure the bathrooms were clean and tidy, and last but not least, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. I am more than happy to stay there again anytime I am in Melbourne.

It was very good for me! Close to everything I wanted to visit, clean, very friendly staff, and very comfortable beds! My wife and mother didn't like them at all! Indeed, the room had a very dubious smell, and the bathrooms badly dirty! If you have a troller, it will be very difficult, because there is no elevator!

Its Budget but better than a backpackers... for older types. Located near the parliament station in Melbourne you are on the south eastern border of the cbd. You have a choice between bourke or collins st trams for cbd access from the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, bathrooms are clean with combined shower and toilet rooms for those bigger people. There is plenty showers toilets. Very quiet during evenings (2nd floor), only 1 convenience store around ,7 11. Lots of restaurants if thats your flavour, not many quick food options. Roof houses the kitchen and weirdly laundry in same room? In a tiny space no less. Roof was also fenced off so no seating or anything else up there. Probably will look for something better next time due to kitchen and laundry occupying the same space is not great, had to go across town to do laundry as byo at this place, not even small powder boxes. Kind an inconvenience but it is budget afterall.

The room got unusually hot compared to the outdoor temperature, which I can see being a problem during Summer as there is no air conditioning or fan in the room. Everything else was fine and what you'd expect for the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
