        Cleanliness overall is good. A little stain on bedsheet welcoming us. Provided towel, hairdryer and shower soap only (bring own toothpaste). Iron is upon request. However, I have bad experience with iron here. I’m requesting for iron three times (in three different times - the evening, at night and next morning) and I didn’t received any. It is occupied by other guest and the receptionist blamed the guest for not placing the iron in front of their room to be picked up by them. I was then have to bare with the rude manners of the receptionist where she asked me “habis tu nak suruh saya buat apa?” I wasn’t bothered to replied since I have an event to attend that morning. -ve star should be given to her for the service. Upon checking out, the same receptionist who attended me earlier in which she does not show any apologetic manners. Very rude one. Will not repeat this place again.

        Complete waste of time. Leaves counter unattended with no phone number, and when gets back after more than an hour is completely rude and apologetic.

        Hotel bedroom description inaccurate on Airbnb. I requested the management to rectify the issues with the room but they declined. I booked the room for 12 days. On the third day they gave me a different room because the ac in the room malfunctioned. Call the hotel before booking on Airbnb platform.

        Pretty good for the price, stayed on 2nd Feb 2023. Staff are quite friendly, and the room I had to say is pretty clean for the price range. Booked on Agoda for only RM80. The bed and pillow etc seem to be very clean and nice to rest on. Air-con is cold, no issue there. Only issue I had during my stay is that the lift broken down so had to climb 2 floor up. Initially I booked for Queen room on 3rd floor but on checkin was told lift broken down so I can choose either stay the initially booked room on 3rd floor or switch to garden room on 2nd floor so to save myself from hassle I chosen then 2nd floor. And parking wide it’s kinda depends on your luck since it’s street parking but the day I went there’s parking for me luckily. Two times I head out and back also got parking. Oh and deposit is slightly higher than the usual it takes RM 100 for deposit. Overall I would give five star for the price and everything else.
