I had a perfect stay with my family in this hotel for New Years’. Kind staff and complete amenities. Rooms are very clean and had a really nice view. We were able to request for some items missing and they were able to deliver. Hotel is near to some good restaurants and there’s also a nearby mall, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Thanks for the great service City Garden Grand!

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location. Removed one star because of the following issues: 1. The water in the bathroom was warm, not hot. It works fine for a hot shower but for shaving I prefer hot water. 2. The service at breakfast is spotty. Sometimes the tables are not cleaned for a long time after the guests using them have left. Other times they forget to put knife/fork/spoon/napkin after cleaning the table. Once I ordered a French toast and the cook gave me a number plate and said he will deliver it to my table but he never did. After waiting several minutes I had to go back and pick it myself. 3. Sometimes the wait time for the lift is too long. 4. Every day after cleaning the room, housekeeping removed the bath robe from the room for washing it but never replaced it. I had to call the operator each day to get another one.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a great size and extremely clean. The food and atmosphere...wow! What an experience. We had a beautiful meal with absolutely stunning views. Thank you so much and I look forward to visiting again! Thank you. Came last year but totally forgot to review 🥰

We had an amazing stay at the hotel in a family room with two double beds. Our room 2705 was clean and spacious, which is expected from a 5-star hotel. Other points: - the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of dishes to choose from, including an extravagant chocolate fountain. The staff were super helpful, once they found out that my wife cannot eat gluten, they provided gluten free bread for her every morning of our stay. - there is a pool on the roof for guests but it can get busy during the day. One section of the pool is shallow and is suitable for kids. - the location in Makati means that the hotel is close to many amenities such as 7 Elevens, pharmacy, ATMs, and a 3 minute walk to a small mall (Century City). The mall had a supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables. - the door men at the lobby will assist with flagging taxis. - airport transportation can be organised ahead of time for a fee. We paid 1300P for a drop off to the airport at 10am. - our room was slightly noisy as I could hear people walking in the hallway at night. But the noise was not excessive.

A good hotel for a short stay. It’s located on the fringe of Makati next to the red light district if Poblacion and great restaurants and bars. Massage was amazing. Really genuinely one of the best I have ever had. Service and rooms are fine and the rooftop bar has lovely views of the city although service and quality is 3 star maximum. The pool was overrun with children while we were there too. It’s reasonable value for a good location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
