Don't believe the pictures posted on the website. I booked a superior room for 3 people. Room is tiny, floor is dirty, full of dust and hair which is disgusting. The is no room to move around or to put luggage in after putting down the sofa bed. The double bed is very claustrophobic. The shower is leaking with the tap mended with some tape to prevent it from leaking, the shower holder won't stay up. Location wise it's within walking distance of a Tesco extra and a co-op, plenty of restaurant and coffee shop around the corner. But I won't be staying here again due to the condition of the room.

That was a big big big mistake. When we arrived at the property - access was really easy, because of instructions were given to us, but what happened is really upsetting. It was 8 pm, our flat was 11 and when we wanted to take our keys - the box was opened. We were trying to call the owner, but they didn't answer. Suddenly after 20 minutes of waiting, we received the text message, that our flat is 10. I didn't receive room which I paid for. Cleanliness is really poor!!! Dust all over the flat, when I dropped my hairbrush and I bent down - I SAW A MASSIVE hair with dust all over. Disgusting! Little spider was also sleeping next to my bed :). Flat looks like someone needs to vacuum there ;). But the worst thing, which is just not acceptable - dirty towels. I don't know if they are washing them or what, but that was disgusting. I took a shower and when I was wiping off myself I saw loads of long, black hair all over me. Hairs from someone else. Bathroom shower is leaking and bath math was also wet - someone used a toilet? :) Terrible. WiFi is not working so access to the internet and the world is just impossible, luck for us that we bought the internet earlier.

This is more like air BnB so its not a hotel. No tea coffee facilities, no reception, the apartment and restroom is extremely small. The shower drainer doesn't work well so u have to shower with flood over your foot. Barely have space to put suitcases. But location is not bad. No AC and no lock for window. Good for 1 or 2 ppl for a couple nights. location is nice. Host responded via text.

Have ordered this room for my guest from abroad- and we found this place so lovely!;) There were couple and child and everyone seems felt happy 😘the young boy liked the stairs to second level bed while parents was surprised how nice and we'll organised such a small space can be ;) P.S. The place was very clean plus served with fresh utilities . Many thanks from Russia

I loved the place. Was small though. everything that should be there was there, clean towels, perfect bed, toiletries. A little kitchen and all other convenient amenities. The area was great, looked historical. Could hear airplanes above though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
