It is operated by multiple owners within the Chongqing Building. It is mostly made up of Indians. There are no amenities such as towels or toothbrushes, so you will need to bring your own or procure them locally. I think it's not suitable for people who are not used to traveling, as it seems like it's the bare minimum for just sleeping. It is better not to decide based on price alone.

Honest review! This hostel is a combination of several hotels/hostels ( Day & night, Days hotel, HK budget hotel, Manila hotel, City guest house, Germany hotel, Davao hostel ) on several floors. you don't actually know which room you're staying in. There are rooms of different sizes and different cleanliness with a view of the courtyard or without a window. I stayed here for 3 nights. When was the first night I had a room with bed bugs. Where I refused to stay and after confronting the staff I was given a bigger and clean room. The first room was a complete disaster, a mess everywhere, someone forgot the slippers that had been there for who knows how long. And the mattress was full of stains and bed bugs under it. The toilet was leaking water (still). The second room was the complete opposite. It was clean, the mattress without stains, no "bugs". If all the rooms were like the other one, I think it would be a treasure in Hong Kong for reasonable money. Although it is really more difficult to find the entrance, the building has a security guard to guide you to the correct elevator. The waiting time is not that long. In summary I would say yes stay here. But check that there are no bugs and other things in the room.

If you like noise, humidity, toilets that don't work, not having toilet paper or a hand shower, dirt or even cockroach-type companions, this place is ideal for you if not for people a little more demanding ( especially when you pay 40th a night) I advise you to put a little more money into your accommodation and go stay somewhere a little more suitable.
