A Nightmare Stay I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a musty, unpleasant odor that seemed to permeate every inch of the place. The room I was given was filthy; the sheets were stained, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When I tried to address the issues with my room, they brushed me off without a second thought. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests' comfort or satisfaction. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear every conversation, footsteps, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in such poor condition that they were unusable. I wouldn't wish this hotel stay on my worst enemy. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer a far more pleasant and comfortable experience.

We booked the hotel last minute for our family of 5. Their top floor family room was perfect. The shower was very good and service was great. The lady in the reception (whose name I forgot even though she’s written it down for me and I lost the paper! ) was particularly helpful in arranging the room and airport transfer for us all last minute. It was unfortunate that the double bed’s mattress was not good. One rolls into the middle. Also, air conditioning or ventilation in the girls’ room was noisy all night. Thus the 3 stars only for the room.

[Their response to this comment is full of lies. Even after terrieble experience at the hotel, I didn't expect them to lie in the comment. Please look at other negative reviews and the hotel's response to them, you will understand that they are offensive and liers] I think the average score of this hotel is over 4 because people are happy when they do not face any problem during their stay. But if you happen to face an issue, the attidude of the staff is horrible. They didn't even hesitate to lie about us in the comment. We are shocked by it. The room is quite small and lacks a safe. We asked for a safe for 2 days and were told, "nothing bad happens here." 🤷There is no liquid soap in the bathroom. The hairdryer doesn't work well, and the hot water supply is inconsistent. You have to wait until others finish using it, or you won't get any at all. It's probably because the room is at the top floor. The air conditioner dripped water and initially produced an irritating noise. Though the noise issue was resolved, I felt uncomfortable during the entire process. The receptionist was rude. Instead of offering a solution, he suggested I use earplugs. When I declined, he became aggressive. I've been locked out multiple times, and as I write this review, I've been waiting outside for 1.5 hours. My iPhone battery is nearing its end, and they can't even offer a charger. Once again, the receptionist's attitude is aggressive. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is the cleaning lady. Other than that, nothing else is positive. I couldn't even wait until the end of my stay to post this review. It's been a terrible experience.

We have had many meals here in the past month. Absolutely fantastic vibe. The staff are outstanding and the food is so delicious!!! The portion sizes are HUGE! So be warned..bring your appetite. The kids meals are big also. We have younger ones and they were blown away at the amount in their bowls or on their plates. You will just love the wait staff and the kitchen crew. Going to miss this place is much. Xxx

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
