Getting reservation is a joke at this hotel for international travellers! When we enquire about the room availability in November for Morpheus 6 months in advance, they said they haven’t finalised the price and not yet opened for online booking. That was fair and understandable. We were told to enquire again around June/July, which we did and they said the same thing, no price available yet for November. We came back to enquire for the 3rd time in early August, the online booking is now available but for some straight reasons, all weekends are reserved?!. I mean the online booking just opened, how come they are all reserved now (across Morpheus and Nuwa)? Can’t book over the weekend either. What make me even more annoyed is that they recommended to consider other hotels when we have expressed our interest to reserve, it’s not like we are forcefully asking for a room in the last minute or something not exist. Something just not very right with their booking system. As international travellers, you planned your trip early and your dates in Macau are kind of fixed. It’s just happened our dates in Macau are weekend so it wasn’t a pleasant experience with the booking at Morpheus in particular and the City of Dreams as a whole (same issue with Nuwa).

Very impressive architecture worth a visit - at least for a cup of coffee in the Pierre Herme cafe downstairs. I stayed for one night and paid to upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, but interior was of poor quality (fake, plastic wood, poor joining, mediocre bed, etc). The home automation system is poorly designed and the bathroom shows signs of wear and tear with poor maintenance. Service was overbearing and intrusive. In room dining was of poor quality. Morning coffee was watery and served cold. This is NOT a hotel that is worth the money - there is not enough attention to detail for the price. The architecture can be enjoyed without staying in a room with a visit to the cafe. Recommend you stay elsewhere in the Cotai strip.

I would rate it 6 stars if I could! The design, the environment, the people, the service are just so great! I stayed a night for the anniversary and I could've stop appreciating it for it's everything. Roses were prepared in room before we checked in. Everything in the room indicated that the designer was so thoughtful. We could bath comfortably in the large bath tub watching the TV. There were 2 sinks in bathroom which brought us extra convenience. A jewelry box was provided in safe to hold the rings and other jewelleries in place. We booked with the spa experience including the Club Lounge access which were definitely worth as both were excellent! The spa was definitely world class that we were so re-energized after that. The spa room was huge and the path from the spa reception to the spa room was decorated with Nordic design. The Club Lounge was so convenient to maybe just grab some snacks or have a drink (non alcoholic apart from the evening happy hour). An afternoon tea in the Voyages by Alain Ducasse was included by the Club Lounge access which was definitely a plus. In addition to the afternoon tea, we also had dinner in the Voyage by Alain Ducasse. As a first time visitor, we tried the tasting menu plus onion soup and french fries. The staffs were so friendly to introduce each dish to us. The tasting menu was good but the onion soup was fantastic! XD

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
