We office colleagues group of 5 stayed there and our experience is very bad, with respect to staff, they are very rude & have no professional ethics, they have cheated us by charging us 30$ on the checkout time simply saying toilet flush button is broken, while this small button was missing from the day we have checked in. When we told the front desk, that this button is missing from day 1, they ignored us simply saying we should inform them about this on day 1 itself. Later we said we will pay but we want to talk to their manager, which they simply denied and said they can’t call the manager too. So guys please avoid your stay here, not for families at any cost.

Located in almost an alley of sorts was a bit confusing to find for my Bolt driver but it was just the small sign I think. No entrance lobby, just a small desk under the stairs. You have to walk up a stairway to get to the single elevator. The rooms are standard. The bed seemed comfortable. Certainly a clean room and bathroom but it's standard fair. The included breakfast in the am was on the second floor. It's a small standard buffet with adequate choices for a satisfying breakfast, including sliced up melons. The coffee is made by the server on a small machine on the counter. The young servers are very accomodating, polite and helpful. I didn't experience any street noise from the room at night for a good night's rest. The location is convenient and walkable to both the historic section and other places in the vicinity.

I booked this hotel back in June and I was really pleased with the service and the friendly staff so I decided to book again for my current trip, they have been declining my card since 2 days and I didn't understand why and I updated the card details only to arrive today and see that my card was declined again and then they told me on spot that my booking was cancelled and without any valid reason, when I asked why he said "maybe you will not come". He was absolutely rude and there were other people before me who faced the same problem. And then he kept saying we could recommend another hotel which seemed very cheap with small rooms. At that moment I started to look for other properties and this hotel "city park" has raised their prices and that they still had available rooms but was not willing to help at all or even offer other rooms for us. I was very disappointed and frustrated

Hi, this is to show how this hotel is so inconsiderate. i have been in Baku since 15th, and had booked the hotel stay through my agent for my last night in 19th. Unfortunately my daughter fell ill, and i had to return back on 18th morning. on 17th night my agent tried to contact the hotel for cancellation, where the hotel refused to pay back(even partially), saying cancellation now is 72 hours prior. my gebele bookings were smoothly cancelled without any loss and in less than 24 hrs. For people looking for trust and honest people stay away from CITYPARK hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at City Park Hotel in Baku! The hotel's proximity to Nizami Street was a big bonus as it allowed me to explore the city easily. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and humble, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day. I would highly recommend City Park Hotel to anyone visiting Baku, as it ticks all the boxes for a memorable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
