The hotel room was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette, witch is very handy if you wanna cook your own meals if travelling on a budget. The bathroom was in excellent conditions, with a bathtub and the shower gel they had was vegan. We do bring our own while travelling, but is good to know that they have vegan friendly higiene products for use, making it inclusive for people like me and my partner. If you use the tram in Bordeuax, it gets very easy to go everywhere you want fast. The emploeyes were great.

Very poor standard, basic accommodation. Stayed there during the Rugby WC as we booked late and there wasn't much availability elsewhere. Got duplex apartment. It seems rooms haven't been renovated since the 1980s. Needs modernisation. Bathroom was dated, bath stained, extractor fan didn't work so room became very hot. Kitchen had a lot of wear & tear. Very basic, no comforts. Lift was dark and dingy. Exterior corridor to the apartments was poorly lit at night. Do not book unless you get a good price and there's no availability elsewhere. Saving grace - the staff were quite helpful and engaging. Also decent location - not far from Rue Notre Dame in Chartrons and its cafes and restaurants. Also close to the Hangers on the river bank, trams and V3 bike stop.

We booked 3 rooms & requested 2 twin beds in each at the time of booking.The only excuse given at check in time for assigning double beds, was that they were sold out for our three night stay!! Really? ( why was if so difficult to accommodate our request? We gave them plenty of notice!!!

The lift was dirty and there was cobwebs and a dead spider. The towels smell bad and musty. The cupboard was broken and it staggered, one of the doors didn’t move properly. There aren’t pillows, instead there are two stiffened squared cushions. The door locks were stuck making it necessary to insert the card several times. The hotel receptionist try the best they can with foreign tourists, they don’t speak good any foreign language forcing you to speak French, for us it wasn’t a big deal but I understand that it could be annoying to some people. In addition, they make mistakes related with important and administrative information. Although it’s not centrally located, it’s well connected to the most important places of the city

Clean, warm (in December), well equipped room, double door! (not so noisy), nice kitchen. Perfectly located - 5 minutes from tram, 20 minutes by foot from the centre. Good price, friendly and helpful staff. The TV could have been bigger, and we would have enjoyed more channels, but it's okay. The breakfast was correct.
