The hotel requires a serious revamp! Our room had many flaws: the curtain is barely hanging and does not fully close, the toilet accessories had many loose knops, the telephone speed dials for services were not working. Having said that, I would still consider coming back because the staff were simply amazing and very helpful especially the valet's staff and one young Emirati at the reception . I really appreciated the valet's assistance with car's parking. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was OK but we did not our room-service order. We ordered 2 Caesar salads and I do not remember reading it comes with anchovies but they came with (which we do not like at all). The in-house made salad dressing was not good at all. It was very garlicy and tasted bitter (maybe there was extra mustard) and it was too much sauce to salad. We ended up not eating! The location is excellent.

Good hotel and the room rent is average which is affordable compared to other hotels. The only demerit is their room for disabled is a single bed room which is beyond logic, mostly a disabled person will have someone to assist him. Please try to modify the above mentioned room and make your hotel more friendly to disabled people.

Had a great stay at City Seasons during Oct 2023. Good large premium rooms with a living area. Very friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Good restaurant and nice food. Liquor at a reasonable price. I love it and highly recommend for business trips.

I have been to this hotel twice so far and I loved each visit! The rooms are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are all kind and super helpful, especially Chathuni in the reception; she is a joy to talk to and is always helping with a beautiful smile that it honestly contagious! Will recommend all my friends to try this hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
