Our five-day stay at City Sleeper was truly delightful. The hotel is relatively new, with 5 stars cleanliness. It's seamlessly connected to another hotel, providing added convenience. Situated within walking distance of an underground station within a quiet neighbourhood, making it a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. While the view might not have been a standout feature, the spacious rooms and comfortable beds more than made up for it. The simplicity and comfort of the accommodations provided a welcoming atmosphere after our daily adventures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, where the warm reception set the tone for a delightful experience. The impeccably neat rooms, complete with charming bathrooms, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The breakfast offered a diverse spread, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. Nestled in a tranquil area, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat, yet remained conveniently accessible. The ease of reaching the location enhanced our overall impression. On the concluding day, the thoughtful provision of a luggage room allowed us to explore the wonders of London unburdened, a gesture that truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our positive experience has left an indelible mark, and we are already looking forward to returning. This hotel's combination of welcoming hospitality, well-maintained facilities, and strategic location makes it a top choice for future visits.

A 3/5-star hotel, with a 5/5- star location. Overall the experience was OK, but nothing too special. Waited over 40 min for check-in because there was only one person at the desk, the other person was acting like he did not see the line for checking it. Day after arrival I asked the staff if it is possible to print something out for me. He said it is, which is great, but then I waited 40 min in the waiting area because the person didn’t bother to check the email where I was instructed to send the file for print. Rooms - we stayed at twin room. Clean but old. Also the heating was as loud as a jet engine so for night time we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The room smelled a bit old. The view from the window was underwhelming. The beds were comfy tho! We had breakfast - a classic buffet - the quality of the food is to be wished for, however if you are familiar with the quality of food in London - it wasn’t all that bad. The dining room was old as well. Location is outstanding tho. 25 min walk to Thames and all the necessary tourist places. The amenities - we did receive towels and gel+conditioner as well as a shampoo. If you are planning to visit London and only sleep in your hotel - would recommend. If you’re looking for more of a “good looking experience” - choose something else. I think the hotel is made for older crowd.

I would like to commend your staff for their professionalism and courtesy. However, during my check-in process, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait time at the reception. I spent approximately 30 minutes waiting to complete the check-in procedure. While I understand that there may be peak times, I believe streamlining this process could enhance the overall guest experience. Secondly, I found that the noise from the heating system in my room was quite disruptive. It affected the tranquility of my stay, and I believe that addressing this issue would significantly improve the comfort of guests. I understand that every hotel faces challenges, and I offer this feedback with the intention of contributing to the continuous improvement of your services. I appreciate the efforts of your team and look forward to the possibility of experiencing an even more enjoyable stay in the future.

I had a good time during my 10 day trip, this place is perfectly located if you want to visit London. It's also affordable, which is not the case for most hotels in this part of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. No luxury here, the room was very small. But again, the hotels in central London are just CRAZY expensive and this is good quality in this context. However, I would not advise it in the summer as they don't have AC. Also, I got lucky with a room on the 7th floor with a nice view. Some of the rooms on lower floors facing the street must be noisy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
