Very convenient location wise, and cheap as well. Had a working air con, tv and microwave. BUT the room itself didn't look like the pictures. Had a weird smell? And the bathroom had no fan so everything was mouldy, the shower head would not stay up on its own either. Everything got sticky after the shower too. Was yuck. But overall was a good experience :)

You get what you pay for. Great location and very friendly check- in guy. Only 1 lift working and it was fine. Mould all over the bathroom floor and door, bought Glen20 and alcohol wipes before we touched anything. Needs a paint job desperately, personal items of other people still in drawers. No toilet paper in holder and tv remote was behind the cupboard. Sheets were clean and bed was fine. Even a budget motel should expect to have wiped over the bathroom and patched the two holes in the walls. Very disappointed 👎

🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮 GROSS you get what you pay for. And worse. What a great location. But all down hill from there. First impression, oh no what have I booked ourselves in. Reception not clean, a lift out of order, walking to our room lights were flickering like a horror movie. Opened a room and had a weird smell. I had booked to single beds and was a double. Lucky there was a pull out bed. Asked for extra linen, never received. Windows filthy. Shower dirty had mould, very dated bathroom. Room not sound proof heard everything. Not a comfortable night at all. Will not recommend to anyone even if you think you can rough it.

The room was quite functional for just a couple of days. The bed was comfortable and linen clean. No working TV and the power outlet was positioned above the bed but it was a decent sized room with adjoining bathroom. If you need a cheap basic no frills room for a short stay in what is an ideal location in Melbourne's CPD, it's worth checking out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
