I don't expect much for cheap accommodation, but I hope towels with noticeable yellow/red stains carried over from other visitors are spot-cleaned. The shower holder would be nice if it was fixed and could actually hold it up (I had to catch it twice to avoid it breaking any further). Again, I am not expecting much other than a humble place to rest and recover, but it would truly be appreciated for stays to not be stressful. We are still thankful for the stay, and hope to be back in better circumstances.

First arrival, staff is already there. He is very welcoming to guests. We had no booking, we just went there as walk in and then the staff assisted us for a better way to get the room at a cheap cost per night because we will stay there for 3days. Because for walk in, it cost 1,500 per night. But when you download the Oyo app for the first time, you can get a discount from the original booking cost per night which is 900+ and the discounted cost us, just 560+ only for a night and orig price for the succeeding nights. I also asked if they are selling facemask but then they gave it for free. Awesome! For the room, it was good, it was spacious, it was clean and quiet.They have complimentary bottled water for each guest. The matress was very comfy though I feel like the comforter was not changed so I used my own blanket. The AC was great, not noisy. The tv though is for 1 channel only (Abs-cbn tv plus) but it's okay. Wifi internet connection was fast. Though, it was just hard to pin the exact location in waze or google map, it doesn't appear so we need to pin the recognized nearby hotel. Btw, we were charged for 500 pesos for early check in. But overall, this is a recommended place for a budget friendly stay inn and I'll surely go back here when I have errands in Makati.

The hotel observed health and safety protocols. Staffs are polite, comfortable bed and strong wifi. I've stayed here several times because it's affordable and good location.

The other rooms has high temperature even of the aircon was on, kudos to the stuffs, they are all so kind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
