        Pluses Excellent location Beautiful stylish apartments Cons Unconvenient bed. The width of the bed is 140 cm. The two of us sleep very tightly. Unconvenient old "kn up" pillows Terrible dirt. I was given a dirty pillow with yolks and a pillowcase that was half the size of the pillow and did not fit. Dirty floors. The careless attitude of the staff. When I wrote to the reception about the pillow, the employee promised to change it and did not do it. It's just that no one came. I was left with a dirty pillow with stains. I understand that the price for an apartment is low, but cleanliness is a basic necessity. You can't accommodate guests in dirty apartments with dirty linen. If I were the owner of the apartment, I would fire the manager, as he doesn't care about his work and guests.

        You are thinking to book here an apartment? My recommendation and warning: DON’T do it and rather book another place! Let me quickly sum up: 1) The bathroom had many mold spots and you could smell it, which is worrying for health reasons (take a look at the pictures yourself) 2) The owner was not helpful under any circumstances: - send a cleaning person who covered the whole bathroom in chlorine (I wish that was communicated before); - the chlorine smell is so strong so I developed breathing problems and headaches; - the booking platform tried to negotiate a refund so I can switch places: owner said NO! - the booking platform tried to negotiate that I only stay one night and get a refund for the other days: owner said NO! I am super disappointed by the whole situation and it’s kind of a nightmare. I am leaving this review because I just don’t want you to experience the same. Every other accommodation or even hostel was a better experience for me in Portugal. The only positive thing I could say it’s in the city centre but not worth health issues. Besides that, the apartment feels like a little CAGE since there is no window in the bathroom, you cannot open the window in the bedroom, the balcony is in a small pit and you look only at walls.

        Completely insalubrious apartment (mould) that doesn't look anything like the photos on the internet. We had to find another accommodation for the night (the humidity was such that we could hardly breathe in the bathroom, which adjoins the bed). The owner refused any refund. For the same price, there are other perfectly decent accommodations in Porto: I'd advise visitors to avoid this agency.

        Attention - Tourist Trap Totally overpriced for the weak standard and service. Nobody came to see the room after my complaints. All critics were waved over the phone and categorical refusal to refund. I stayed 30 minutes but still had to pay for 3 days. Very humid apartment. Suspicious stain on the couch. Too bad the pictures do not show the smell…

        Excellent location, right in the city center. Big apartment (capacity up to 8 people), 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with 4 single beds, private bathroom for each room. We spent a great time, the view from the upper room is really breathtaking. Really good value for money. The office is located just across the street and excellent welcome from the employee, who also gave us turistic information. There is special price for the parking, 30euros for 48hours.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
