Definitely not what we were hoping for... We paid for the ' pool view' room on level one. Upon first glance it's pretty, but when you start to use the facilities they're not very practical.... No sound proofing. We could hear EVERYTHING. People moving within the lobby, people in the room above us, traffic etc. For us to have a view of the pool from our room, we would need to open to the curtains, but there is no privacy.... People walking by the pool can see in the room. The windows atleast need to be tinted. The room itself needed some TLC. No shower screen = water everywhere. Water leaks into the room too. Towels were stained with holes in them. Floors cracked and wooden interior is very old school. We have stayed in nice & cheaper hotels that have even included breakfast... The pool area is not practical for hanging out. There is 2 chairs. You could not lounge by the pool. Overall, a disappointing stay for the money. Wasted potential.

There are lots of ants in the room. We could find ants even on the beds. I used my insect spray but it wasn't enough for ants. The balcony is connected with all other rooms on the same level, so we couldn't open curtains at all. Also there was a dead cockroach in the pool. My daughter was really shocked with it. We had to leave at 4 am and told it to the staff when we had checked in, but there was no one when we checked out. I called to the hotel, but no one answered even the phone was ringing at the lobby. So I had to tell to a guard who was sleeping at the gate. The photo at the pool was the only nice thing I can remember. I feel sorry for that.

Had a great time staying in City Oasis when I was in Saigon! The location is pretty decent, if you are visiting around district 1-3 it isn’t much of an hassle. The room we stayed in was spacious and it was like an service apartment with a kitchen. The beddings were pretty clean too. The only downside was that our room was located at level 1 so it was a bit noisy, as we were right by the pool and we could hear everyone walking in and out of the hotel. Our bath tub was also not really stable so the water leaked towards the bed area. It was just a small leak so we could make do with it. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

PROS: The pool and entrance area is great, and the location is very convenient with easy walking access to the neighbourhood. The room was okay, clean enough. CONS: The bathtub and shower was not ideal, as there is no curtain and water gets absolutely everywhere, making the floor very slippery. There is also no shelf to put toiletries. When you look closely, it is not up to expected standards. For example, the bathroom mirror has hinges but is glued shut so you can’t use the shelving I assume is behind. VERDICT: Okay for a few nights, but not as good as the photos show.

- Not that good; the walls are not soundproof at all, even though it's a bit minimal, you can hear everything from all sides: people walking by, talking, opening doors, watch TV and even having s**x 🙄 - Beautiful accommodation with a great atmosphere, complete amenities including a hairdryer, smart TV, iron, safe, refrigerator, and full bathroom supplies. Nice staffs! - Great location, it takes only 5-10 minutes to reach the tourist area, and it's surrounded by numerous restaurants and coffee shops.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
