It is my second time staying at this hotel because I had a very good experience last time when it was just newly opened few years ago. Very close to the subway station so it is easy to access the metro transportation. The hotel also provides umbrellas so you don’t need to worry when raining. Some complimentary snacks, tea and coffee and even instant noodles for late night comfort meals. Hotel staff are friendly and you can order some famous Taiwanese snacks from the hotel without going to those stores and waiting in line for long time. You can also order airport taxi service as well with a decent price. Free laundry and dryer are available but dryer machines are weak. No complaints since they are courtesy service. Overall is wonderful and definitely will come back again!

Hotel staffs very polite. They even bought me a birthday cake and card for my birthday. There are washing machine and dryer in the hotel. It is free for you. There are free detergent too. It is 5 min walk from the subway. You can get your breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in 2 different rooms (traveled to a different city in the middle). I would stay again next time I'm in Taipei, and would 100% recommend this hotel to others. I have no complaints, every "issue" I point out below is very small and didn't bother me much. I really had to fish for issues. The hotel is exceptionally clean, at the level of a 5-star hotel (even cleaner than many 5-star hotels in North America). Their attention to detail is outstanding. Even the public areas are impeccable. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. Pillows and blanket were super comfortable as well. I really appreciated the Toto japanese toilet seat in the bathroom. The shower was great. The temperature control was a bit touchy in the second room I stayed in, but not enough to bother me much. I was impressed that the glass shower doors did not leak any water outside, which has been a problem at every hotel I've ever stayed at. The tub was a bit high, so you have to be careful and use the handles when entering/exiting the shower. They provide a stool and non-slip mat to help with this. The bathroom fan could be stronger, but it was not much of an issue because we got fresh towels daily. Delightful small details, like clearly labeled and easy-to-use light switch buttons in the room. Complimentary toiletries, slippers, bottled water, snacks, and weather update in the room daily. Complimentary computers around the hotel, and umbrellas to borrow. Complimentary laundry room with complementary detergent (4 washers, 4 dryers). I wish there were more dryers, because the humidity in Taipei slowed down the drying, causing a bit of a bottleneck during peak laundry hours. The hotel lounge is lovely. It's large, clean, and has complimentary snacks and drinks. The laundry room is in the lounge, so you can hang out in the lounge while you wait for your laundry. I went to the lounge at least once a day to have breakfast (bought at 7/11 next door), have a snack, or wait for laundry. The staff is really nice, attentive, and very helpful.

Staying for 2 nights for leisure. Location is great, just a street away from station, close to convenience store, Watsons, cosmed, supermarket and plenty of eateries. Sound proofing is excellent too. There is a lounge for guests to chill and work at with continuous flow of beverages. Best, there is washing machine and dryer!

I had a pleasant 16 days stay at CityInn Hotel Plus. The location was great and near many eateries. While the room was small, it was clean and neat. Kudos to the staff who were attentive and caring. Love large hall for dining and work, and the free self-service laundry! Would choose CityInn Hotel Plus when I next visit :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
