        After 4 hours on the river at the end of a 3 day trip and a 5 hour drive I must have looked like a bum walking into this nice hotel. I was tired and ready to get to my room. I was still treated just like any guest and felt welcome. Eniko and KR were amazing and really helpful when the doorknob to our first room was broken and we couldn't get in. They didn't hesitate and quickly changed rooms for us and even helped us move our stuff. A good room, great views, but the great service from Kr and Eniko is what really stood out for our short stay.

        I stayed at one-bedroom apartment for one night and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is well located and has a short walking distance to the harbour. The only downside is the hotel doesn't appear to have it's own restaurant, so I was referred to the nearby Coffee Club (20 metres away from the hotel) for the breakfast. I was happy with everything and I have already rebooked in another 3 nights when bringing family to visit Auckland in 2024.

        There are serviced apartments on Airbnb in this hotel which is where we stayed. The room was nice and clean, the guests around were nice and quite. The view outside was nice if you like looking at other building. The place is conveniently located on queen street, and a walking distance from most places in the city. Since we were in a serviced apartment we didn’t have to interact with with the staff but they appeared nice. The place is very busy with tourists, so definitely recommended.

        Great place to base yourself. Air con wasn’t working in our room but Abhinav at reception sorted that quickly and professionally. Hes a credit to the hotel!

        Best location!!! Clean and well equipped. 👌 The very friendly and at your service within seconds staff of City Life Auckland hotel made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I was there to recuperate, and it was worth it👍👍. You do not need a car if staying at this hotel. It’s central location is a winner and only minutes walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and services. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean 👍. Best hotel apartment in Auckland City 👍. I’ll be back soon ☺️. 🌸🦋

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
