        The location is perfect! You couldn’t get any closer to the action! However that’s about where it ends. Tried to pay deposit many times but had to wait until day before and they rarely answer the phone. The room wasn’t available at 3pm check in, so had to wait for cleaners to arrive. Inside appears nice but there’s so many things broken / poorly put together, door handles coming away, shower door coming off it’s runner etc. The beds uncomfortable and they make you use electric heaters. The place seems in need of a tidy up. No safe available. Bathroom tap was boiling hot at the middle point. We were given one towel each for a 3 night stay so you might need to bring your own towels.

        The appartment and location itself was perfect, very clean and right in the centre of town. Of course there’s a little noise from the nightlife but that’s to be expected! The worrying thing for me was that when my partner and I had left the appartment in the afternoon, we returned to find that all of the lights had been turned on as well as the tv eventhough we had definitely locked the door. We thought nothing more of this until we heard someone trying to turn a key in the door at 4am the same night - luckily the appartment was locked from the inside.

        Apartment was okay, had good facilities, hairdryer, iron, kettle, toaster, kitchen fridge etc, so was well equipped. The bed wasn't very comfy and the shower wasn't great, it either scolded you or froze you. Straight forward enough getting the pin codes and keys. Main problem for us was the noise level, didn't realise it was situated on such a busy street, people were constantly streaming down the street, going home from their night out until 7am 😴 we went on quite a busy weekend (Halloween & LFC home game) I probably would stay again purely because of the location and noise, but if you were a party goer, it would be perfect for you 😉

        Great location, great price, lovely and clean but the mattress is terrible. It looks fairly new but is not great quality. Would recommend an upgrade or mattress topper.

        I stayed here in May, and the main issue was the noise. Not the outside noise, we had construction workers working on the apartments banging and hammering. Starting from 9AM! It's ridiculous, do you not care about your guests? Why not ask them to start the work later? Also - Lack of kitchen utensils and supplies - Kitchen no plug & Bathroom one was broke - Housekeeping didn't replace the washing up liquid which I thought was daft. All in all, I liked the style of bathroom and kitchen. Bed was comfy, with a TV opposite so not all bad.
