Asked the hotel to properly clean my room in advance and told them I was concerned because of some comments. I still got heavily stained bed covers, dusty bed sheets and smelly carpets. If you don't mind a short train or tram ride, you can stay at a much better room for a lower rate.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre. The staff are very nice and polite. But the room was an absolute joke. Tiny! The bed was 1.5m off the floor. With two little steps to get in. There is not enough floor room to open my suitcase fully. Make sure that if you book here to avoid the 101 room, it is a box. Value for money was very poor!

The room is tiny, kind of expected in Amsterdam. The bed even smaller, anybody taller than 170 will have a bad time. The room was filthy with long hair everywhere, squashed mosquitos on the walls, cobwebs in the corners. I came home with a rash. The breakfast room is an absolute joke with paper cups, no place to sit and the light turns off after not moving for 2 seconds. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English very well.

We found Cityview Hotel a great place to stay for a few days. Sure the rooms are small but you're right in the middle of everything. Just a stone's throw from the canals. There's a continental breakfast for free and tea and coffee all day for free. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Smallest room & tiniest single bed (suitable for a 5 year old). No towels & coverlet stained, Receptionist more interested in blaring TV than customers. Lift fits 1 person & 1 bag. (At least a lift, I guess) Upside good location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
