LOVED this hotel. The only reason I gave the room a 4 instead of a five is because their was only one old outlet by the bed and it worked intermittently and the glass divider in the walk in shower wasn’t quite big enough so water soaked the floor of the bathroom after taking a shower. It’s small but that’s NYC and we knew it going in. It was clean, comfortable, quaint and nicely decorated. Great use of space. Gorgeous tile in the bathroom. Beautiful brick in the main areas. Unique front door. It’s a great little boutique hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! I booked this trip for my sister and I and from the very start the employees were amazing! Collin was amazing and he became our friend for the stay! The room had a GORGEOUS view and very comfortable bed. Great location, great restaurants right around it, and the rooms are very quiet. I will only stay here when I come to visit from now on!

Nicely acquainted hotel just minutes from time square, Rockefeller center and more! The team was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room wasn’t ready but that was expected since we were about two hours early. They made great recommendations for brunch while we waited and once we returned we were all set up for our room. Nice bar and restaurant on site with a very friendly team. Shout out to the bar tender for being very welcoming and kind! Rooms are small, but you’re in the city and you’ll be out and about most of your time here. Would definitely visit again.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was hospitable from the beginning as they moved us up to a higher floor than we booked. The design and vibe was exactly what we were looking for and the room had an intimate setting with a phenomenal view. Recommend the cocktail bar where we enjoyed some of the most original drinks we’ve had. Also, the location is magnificent being right near Broadway, Central Park and 5 star restaurants. 10/10.

This was absolutely the best place I’ve stayed in NYC. (I frequently make trips there) The staff was over the top accommodating and respectful. The hotel itself is stunning and feels like a 5 star every time you walk back in. The room was spotless, the view was perfect, the staff had smiles and helped us out a couple times as well as a voucher for the cool bar upstairs. I forgot to go down and redeem and over a week after check out I call back and they were very quick to get me squared away. I’ll always be staying at Civilian from now on.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
