in general is good, can be better if they provide cleaning service, maybe they do when guests request but I didn't because it's quite a normal practice to most of the hotel unless guests put a do not disturb card on the door knob.

Definitely bare-bones, but for the price I have no complaints. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower which couldn’t have been lower, and perhaps the location. Though on a map it looks to be close to the weekend market, it actually is not, so you end up being pretty isolated.

Rooms not sound proofed. The sound of closing door is very loud and you will keep awake every time the door on first floor closes. And Hotel staff don't care about that you want to sleep. they do their hotel repairs when they want and there is no silence. For example I want to sleep until 12-00 and they start repair loud noises at 8AM so you cannot normally sleep at all. and cant normally work at all. because repair noise all day like drilling grinding very loud noises. Its not a hotel its like you ordering a room near construction site!!! AWEFULL! And when you say that you need silence to sleep they don't care. i told staff a lot of times that i need silence. and they don't care. Workers when work trying to look into windows. Also seen some cockroaches and ants in the room

Rooms are cheap because they nickel and dime you for every thing! Extra pillow? Charge. Extra key? Charge. You need to stay in the room while your partner goes somewhere? They have to leave the key because otherwise no lights and no air conditioning. There's a mechanism you have to put the key in to keep the lights on. At least it was clean. The water pressure is good. I am afraid to ask for clean towels. Not sure how much that would cost. AC leaves something to be desired.

It's adequate, but location and basic room facilities make it a tough place to stay for more than one night. The room I was in had no wardrobe and with the power sockets in the corners of the room meant I needed to sit on the floor to use them while they were charging. Location is poor it's a long walk to public transport and the soi is not suitable for pedestrians

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
