My sister and I booked a last minute trip to Chicago from New York and had the best time ever. We saw the Claridge had availability still for the night we were staying in town and booked the room right away. Trever & Cookie were exceptional at check in and made us feel so special and welcomed us to Chicago. We loved the shared spaces and location of the hotel as well as the room! That night they offered wine taste in the lobby where were were able to meet Lea, the Director of food and beverage who was absolutely so wonderful! We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The service at the Claridge House exceeded my expectations with every interaction. They have a culture of making sure their guests feel well taken care of. We and all of our guests in our wedding block had a wonderful time. I especially want to thank Jasmin who partnered with me on our block of rooms, Miss Cookie at the front desk, Lorena in Catering and Tiffany in Housekeeping. I would add more names if I could remember them. Everyone provided excellent service.

Don't fall for the fluffy advertisement. This hotel was genuinely such a let down. They advertise a spacious room, false. Advertise that robes will be provided, false. Advertise their coffee bar that's open seven days a week, then why was it closed at 9am on a Wednesday? The whole place just lacks so many basic amenities. There's only one microwave on the second floor for the whole hotel to use. We asked if they had silverware or plastic wear for our leftovers, they had none. The room was clean but not as spacious as advertised. The bathroom is impossibly small. Just truly a bad experience all around. The only redeeming quality was the location which is nice for shopping. But definitely wish we had stayed somewhere for the price we paid.

Stayed at Claridge house and was extremely happy with our stay. Gentleman at front desk, Jafar was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Made our entire family feel at home. Great host and the hotel and surrounding area were just as nice. When I come back to Chicago we will definitely be staying here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
