There is a lot to say about this hotel, but not much good. The room was small and looked nothing like the room in the photo. I travel a lot and in four-star hotels a coffee machine or a kettle to boil water is already the norm. That wasn't the case here. There is mold in the bathroom, a damaged hair dryer (a broken hot air pipe), an empty bottle in the shower, but there should have been washing gel in it. The walls are made of paper, you can hear what's going on in the next room. Breakfast was poor, small selection of products. Nice service, good location and that's it for the pros... a big disappointment.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast, room and bathroom clean. Quiet street. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff is the reason for the positives of the review. The lady responsible for room cleaning was very sweet. Also, the reception was very kind. The gentleman in the front helped us with our bags. Only negative is the older bald reception employee with the glasses. He kept staring at us and gave a very snarky look when we asked him questions during checkin on October 5th, 23 around evening time. Breakfast also needs work (watery eggs, uncooked meats) as stated by the other reviews. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and the staff was great.

The breakfast experience was highly disappointing. The scrambled eggs seemed watery, and there was even uncooked bacon – a surprising and unappetizing find. The fruit juice tasted cheap, almost like it was made from a powdered mix. These shortcomings made me question the validity of the hotel's 4-star rating. During my four-day stay, the first two days were marred by an unfortunate incident – I fell ill after consuming the breakfast. Strangely, the quality of the breakfast felt even lower than what one might expect from a 2-star hotel. What troubles me further is that this seems to be a consistent issue, as echoed by many other reviewers. The hotel management had apparently acknowledged these concerns and pledged improvements, yet the breakfast experience remained far from satisfactory. Considering the numerous negative experiences shared by guests, I'd advise against choosing this hotel. With the same budget, there are certainly far superior hotel options available in Rome that would offer better value for your money.
