Clarion hotel can be preferred because it is within walking distance of Miniaturk and Haliç Congress Center and close to many important points. The rooms are clean and the service quality is quite good. The breakfast section is sufficient but inferior to the quality of the hotel. They need to develop. I found the quality of coffee and tea at breakfast to be low.

Not a hotel for tourists. It's in the middle of nowhere, with no access to public transport, and you can't even walk around the hotel as there's no pavement. Your only option is Istanbul taxis, and they are notorious for being dishonest and viewing you as a cash cow. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, only a breakfast option, and for the price they charge, it offers very limited and unappealing choices. There's no ATM in the hotel, and they don't exchange currency either. The rooms are very expensive for what you get, and it's not worth it at all. The only upside was the staff; they were very attentive and helpful. I won't go back to this hotel ever again.

5 star services and quality! Very quite location with a park nearby. I was lucky to stay in the dubai branch of this hotel last week and can confidently say this one matches and in some regards such as extra facilities exceeds too. They also offer free shuffle to airport and many popular locations in istanbul and malls. I had a beautiful room with sea view and was welcomed warmly with beautiful gifts and freebies in my room. I was also impressed by the communication they kept right from the start when I booked the hotel, asking me if I needed anything prior to arriving and confirming my arrival time. This is outstanding quality service worth the peace of mind.

Don't think about it! You want a hotel in Istanbul? Just pick this one! Amazing hotel Great location Delicious, sumptuous and splendid breakfast Best of all: SERVICE Such a superb and accommodating staff at all departments under the wise leadership of the wonderful Mr. Timucin. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
