It's outdated, rooms need some updating. Not all the lights worked (no bulbs). Felt uncomfortable with people roaming around all night. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Refrigerator kept my stuff just cool enough. No microwave. Room was cleaned everyday (excellent service). Needs some work but affordable with a great location near the action on International Drive. Plenty of great food and entertainment within waking distance.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s in a good location. EVERYTHING else was horrible. My boyfriend reserved and paid for this room about a week before our stay. Had I read the reviews prior to arriving, we would have found a better hotel. From the start, the lobby was empty and dirty and the staff was not pleasant. Once we checked in, we headed to our room and the elevator had a smell that was horrendous. Outside of the elevator there was what appeared to be old air conditioning parts as well as an old toilet. When we finally got to the room, the first thing we noticed was the smell of mildew and marijuana. There was a large palmetto bug on the sink. At one point I contemplated sleeping in our car but after having a stiff drink, I managed to carefully lie down and made it through the night. The next morning we were up at the crack of dawn and immediately checked out. If you’re thinking about staying here, let me be the first to say……RUN!!!

This hotel it’s definitely the last option to stay. We had 7 nights to stay, no one show up to clean the room, I asked a bunch of times to clean up it, new towels, new bed sheets, etc. The only answered that I got was . . I already scheduled your room . The laundry machines are definitely old and dirty. The AR conditioner are old and smell terrible. I couldn't cancel because I did the reservation by Expedia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

This hotel is a nightmare. Bad enough I had to deal with poop in the toilet as soon as I got in the room. Heater doesn’t work. I asked for their cleaning products and cleaned the room myself especially since I had a baby with me. I went to the ghetto unprofessional “receptionist” Gabriel and asked her if I can speak to a supervisor. She stated they don’t work on Sunday. I then asked if there is an issue how do you contact your supervisor. Gabriel stated “oh you think you slick” I was appalled. I flew all the way to Florida to celebrate my birthday and anniversary to come to a nasty hotel with nasty people. As soon as I walked up stairs I bumped into a lady that told me she’s the supervisor and spoke with her. Why would you have such a disrespectful, weak, ill-mannered evil chick at the front to do customer service? At least the lady that checked me in the night before was courteous. This hotel tried to ruin my weekend. If I didn’t walk away it could turned for the worst .

This was the most horrible disgusting place I ever stayed in my life besides the location everything sucked. There were live and dead large and small(German) cockroache, everywhere, inc in the beds behind the beds, running all over our food as soon as we made anything n turned to put the stuff back in fridge roaches were already running all over our plates. The staff was extremely unhelpful! Every single night my bf and I stayed there were tons of police jeeps , undercovers, and k9 units. The 4tb night we were there, standing outside unlocking some stuff from our car we were approached by a man trying to rob us. The next night someone was robbed. The ac was broken. The sink in bathroom was broken non of the lights on the dressers or bed worked. The sheets were dirty and we were told we had to clean our own arms. There was no microwave. However 2 mini fridges. Leaks all over the rm. Smelled mildew and mold. There were only broken washers with old clothes that weren't removed from the washer soaking wet for 2 out of thee 4 wks we stayed there. If our home hadn't been condemned after the hurricane Ian we would've never EVER stayed! We complained but weren't given any refunds or even a lil sympathy. It was the worst experience of our lives it deserves a negative rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
