        Thank God we only spent one night. We had initially booked to stay at this hotel for five nights, but for some reason, the negative reviews about the hotel on Google kept bothering me, and I thank God I listened to those reviews and booked our five nights somewhere else and only stayed one night at this hotel, because of the distance to the airport. From the moment we got to the front of the hotel, you could tell it was not a place for anyone to try to lay their heads. The building was so old and outdated. Honestly, the lobby was the only part of the hotel that looked appealing to one's own eyes. Everything else was horrible. From a weird carpet smell to nasty-looking paint on the wall. And to talk about staff and services was horrible! Their staff were very rude and impatient. They make guests feel highly unwelcome in their God-forsaking hotel. If you don't want to be yelled out, I'd advise anyone to stay away from the front desk. I completely disapprove of this hotel, and I hope they can do better to accommodate their guest.

        So I think this place might be running a scam. I reserved one night here with my daughter to be close to the airport for our morning flight. I prepaid for my room and when we arrived I had to pay another $250.00 deposit on checking in (which was never returned to my card). The room was OK and there is a little park behind the parking lot which was nice to see in the industrial park setting. Our stay was pretty uneventful, but I did pay extra for use of the spa and I got a massage. The only reason they went up on the star category is because the spa personnel were wonderful to me and my young daughter who got her first massage there. Breakfast was odd in that most of the selections were out by the time we came to eat at 8:00am. There were not a huge amount of people there, but there was a large party that were really taking up all of the breakfast staff time, energy, and patience (I felt bad for them, but I still wished we had a full breakfast, coffee, and silverware as well as maybe some juice or something). There was a lot of yelling from the big party to the staff in what was clearly not French, so it wasn't really helping anyone. We just kept our head down, ate what we could find, and left for the airport. Upon our return home, after about 3 months, I get emails from a collection agent that the hotel turned me into the local authorities for non-payment. So, I have now paid for one night, use of the spa, a massage, breakfast, an unreturned 250.00 deposit and they now want more money for my 1 night stay. I tried to call multiple times to figure out what the charges were from, but no one could find an English speaking employee to assist me. My email to them, which I tried to do in French, was forwarded to the collections person who also stated that they just collect, they do not know what the charges are. So, here I am out a lot of money for a 17 hour stay at what is essentially an OK (at its best) hotel and I now am in collections in France for another $250.00. I call SCAM!

        Rooms are spacious and clean, but every room seems to have a defect. Was there with multiple persons and defects vary from broken light, cold shower and loose pvc tiles. Bar staff and chefs are great actually. The rest of the staff does not communicate with each other. Hotel does not follow-up om agreed actions. Not suitable for business events, though the meetingrooms are not bad. (Except for the broken heating in the hallways). Invoice is send to a participant of the conference, instead of planner. Response time is spectacularly long. "General manager" and "Sales" do not communicate schedules and requirements of an event to the appropiate staff, wrong lay-out of meetingrooms are shared. Staff turnover is high. Management acts like they manage the Ritz, but provide the service of a shabby 1* motel, that underpays their. staff.

        We came with a group, I didn't select the hotel and was worried due to some really negative reviews. I found a spacious room, with fridge, microwave and electric kettle, comfortable beds and a large desk to work on. Respectable breakfast, as expected from a 4 star hotel. Had minimal interaction with staff but the little we had was friendly and knowledgeable. Location isn't great for public transport, but one day we broke from group, An Uber from Paris city center back to hotel at peak rush hour was only 50$ though took an hour.

        Rooms are good, the rest of the hotel run down. The spa area is a joke, no staff, no sauna , steam room or jacuzzi working. No towels , gym has lots of broken equipment. No wipes to wipe down equipment. Spa closing for a few months from december 2023.
