The staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. A delicious breakfast is provided with multiple options. They also serve lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We didn't have a bathtub, but the shower temperature and pressure were perfect. The manager is even walking us to the bus station at 6:30am tomorrow to make sure we get there. He even helped getting our cheap ass $6 bus tickets. There was no extra charge for these services, they are just that friendly and helpful. We are even coming back to Kathmandu in a few weeks and we will be staying here again.

The people in this hotel just make you feel like you're home. They are so kind and helpful. The day we arrived they gave us the room key, took us straight to our room and gave us welcome drinks. No booking hassles, they even said to pay later. I was really quite surprised as I have travelled to various different countries and never would let a guest stay without organizing a payment etc. So pleased with their service and kindness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Kathmandu.

The Hotel was nice! The staff is very flexible and works hard to fulfill Ever wish. For a 3Star Deluxe superior room, it was not what I expected. On the other hand: what is deluxe Superior in 3Stars? :D I was happy with my hotel and the location and they offer you help for trips etc. :) The sunset on the roof is really nice too!

We stayed for more than 9 days in the hotel, we really enjoyed it. Good value for the price, pleasant lobby, great staff, efficient manager; the hotel is owned and run by two brothers. During the festival, they had some shortage of staff, but things went still smoothly if one is a little patient. Although the cook was on holiday, breakfast was still enjoyable with several choices. Location is good and if others guests are not too noisy, you will have an excellent stay.

Great hotel in the best area of Kathmandu! Very comfy beds and nice hot shower. The free breakfast was very tasty and the staff are super helpful. My friends needed to print a visa for India and they helped us print it off! Very pleased and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
