Regretted staying here. Chose this hotel for the nice pictures. Don't trust the pictures. The stairs going up the entrance was so dilapitated for 'nice' hotel. 1st room smelled like cigarette (I specifially booked a non-smoking room) & they initially wanted to just spray the room with deodorant. Then 2nd room facing the road is so noisy at 2am, it woke me from my sleep until past 4am (it's weekend night). Breakfast for 70k is very simple, no cereal even. Then found out no water boiler is designated for my room (none for superior, water boiler for deluxe only). Want hot water? Buy from the restaurant. My experience here sucked so bad. Praying it won't get worse until check out tomorrow.

The manager had unreasonable rules: no room changes were allowed even though we stayed there for a total of 8 nights. The hotel is too old and very degraded. Today we returned to Jakarta again and chose another hotel to stay

Went there in 2018 for couple of days. It's so far my favourite hotel in Jakarta because even though it's small, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was not fancy but decent, and the location is prime. With the price that low it was a steal for me. They could improve the cleanliness though.

I checked in a bit early by half an hour and I was excited they already have a room ready. Their internet connection is pretty fast and even though this is a small hotel but they have an international tv channels which some big hotels don't have. The room is pretty small, but enough for 2 persons however the lighting in the room wasn't as good because it was a bit "dark" And the surrounding gofood and grabfood choices are plenty! The room rate is pretty cheap considering the area of this hotel however parking is quite a downfall to this hotel we have to park at a public parking area costing 5000/hour. The bed and sheets and towels are not the best but they are okay. The amenities are pretty basic minus the slipper they have hot water for the sink as well.

Room #507 has huge tv screen, safety box in the room, clean bed, comfy pillow and bed cover, but old towel. Liquid soap, tooth brush and tooth paste also a pair of room slippers are provided. Great deal on weekday, less than US $17 per night for 2 adults and including breakfast. For motorcycle, able to park in the basement, not much space parking in the premises, first come first served. Idr 100k as a deposit when check-in and will get it back whenever check-out. Room service available through day and night, very convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
