Visited the Clayton on New years Eve, just for the night the staff was grea attentive helpful & happy, the hotel was lovely well decorated tidy and a real warm feeling. The little extras from this hotel really make it stand out, new years eve cup cakes on arrival and an extra hour for check out in the morning to start the new year right..Thank you!! We didn't manage to eat but boy did the restaurant area smelt divine. All in all great stay definitely recommended and go back :)

Just got back from a stay at the Clayton hotel and very glad we chose this hotel to stay at while visiting Bristol for the weekend. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel it’s self is well located, reasonably priced and beautifully decorated. Our room was simple but perfect for us. My one gripe is the temperature in the room - it was quite cold on arrival and took a while to heat up. This was a minor issue though and didn’t spoil our stay. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Bristol.

Very welcoming, clean and friendly staff o reception. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean with what looked like a recently refurbished bathroom. The breakfast experience was good. Good quality pastry, coffee, hot and cold selections. Food in the restaurant the night prior let it down. There was one member of staff doing all the running around - I must commend her. Meanwhile, there's another member of staff gossiping with 3 guests about how she's fallen out with management, arranging to use her staff discount to book them rooms in the Amsterdam hotel for £50 - all within earshot of diners! There was no music and relatively few people in the restaurant so it made for a rather depressing atmosphere. That said, the food was okay (for a hotel) and all the staff that I engaged with were great 😃 I'd stay here again, but hopefully the disgruntled employee isn't there and there's some music in the restaurant.

Amazing place, fair priced and great service. The rooms are huge and very well kept. The only negative was that our room was very cold. Staff did their best to help out and improve the situation.

lovely stay. good communication via text/email to say when room was ready. easy check in . comfy bed. dinner - amazing beef dinner. breakfast - good, bit busy, too many people in one area, coffee machine caused chaos as in the way of the flow of people. restaurant staff were very very busy, but kept things moving

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
