        Great location. Excellent service. Clean room. I enjoyed my stay at the Clayton London Wall. The hotel is located near Underground stations (Bank and Moorgate). My room was clean and very quiet. The bed was a bit firm for my tastes, but I was able to get a good night’s rest. Breakfast was very good. I pretty much ate an omelet a day with the bread service. The best part was the service. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping service, everyone was so polite and helpful. From the front desk staff helping me figure out the tube, to the pleasant greetings. They were great!

        It's a good hotel, with spacious rooms and well fitted bathrooms. The breakfast is quite fancy and the restaurant serves freshly made food. There's also small nice bar. What I didn't like was the air conditioner based heating. Every time I got in the room it was unpleasantly cold. The ac takes its time to make some difference. And the thing would turn off by itself sometimes. The bill was paid by my company, and it was very expensive, I would never stay in a hotel at this price, even in London where accommodation is ridiculously priced.

        The hotel has recently changed ownership and was previously the Apex, I believe. After some initial problems when checking in, we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Exceptionally quiet room, probably aided by it being a Sunday evening in the City, and the shower was amazing. Immensely power and with four additional jets. My wife is still talking about it nearly a week later. Excellent location. A short walk to the life at Liverpool Street or Moorgate is very close for the Elizabeth Line to the West End in under 10 mins. The rooms do feel a touch dated, but hopefully they will be renovated under the new ownership. The lobby and bar are strikingly modern in comparison.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
