Travelled all the way from Birmingham and spent £150 on the room and it was worth every penny.Brilliant experience at Clayton Hotel. Service was spot on, staff were really kind. View was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. Spent the Night for our anniversary and the manager made it extra special and ensured we had a good time. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Handy for access to the full spectrum of everything that Manchester has to offer. Rooms are modern, fitted to a good standard. Good space, premium feel. Clean and well serviced. Staff are attentive and helpful. Great service. Would stay again.

We loved this hotel. Service from Bas, Vlad, Andrei especially great and the front house reception was very helpful. Beds very comfortable, rooms are clean and location is great. Breakfast could be further improved but nothing to fret about. We are happy we made the right choice to come here.

Nice stay and beautiful view. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were absolutely lovely. However, whenever you cross a housekeeping staff in the corridor they won't even look at you or will not return your smile. One lady was hoovering the stairs to the restaurant, asked her where the toilet was in the common area, she looked at me from top to toe and pointed out the toilet with a face as if I'm disturbing her. I will say that housekeeping staff needs to learn so hospitality skill as they are part of the hotel's image. Apart from this, everything was fine.

I visited the hotel for afternoon tea. The food and tea were delicious and light. The services are excellent and the staff was very polite, welcoming and friendly. My uncle also stayed in the hotel and thanked the clean rooms and the wonderful room services.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
