I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The breakfast remained the same every day, which was a bit monotonous. The room was on the smaller side, but it was kept clean and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel's location was convenient. It's worth noting that if you're looking for halal food, you might have limited options and may need to make do with what's available in the area.

Clock Hotel, Tblisi has excellent standards and immaculate hotel rooms and hospitality. The staff were professional and knowledgeable about their guests. The Hotel location is also well worth finding if you’re in city and want to explore by yourself.

Overall it was nice. But I had to point out the below - Been to different countries and hotels in the past 2 years, this is the first time a hotel serving the same breakfast for all the 4 days of our stay, don't know is it the same with all other hotels in Georgia. Also, one of the front desk staff was little rude while we raised an issue with the AC. We booked 2 rooms and they allotted 2 different size rooms and we requested to replace the small one nobody responded or take the initiative to change them as we paid the same amount for the rooms and one was small. We felt quite uncomfortable in the small room, especially we were with kids.

The AC was not working one night. We asked the receptionist and she asked us to open the window and sleep. Not expected from a 4 star hotel. The temperature was so hot, we could hardly sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
