We had booked one night in cloud hotel arena. The location is great only few minutes walk from MTR station but the room is dirty and no shower curtain in the bedroom. We had to use alcohol wipe to clean up ourself. There are some night clubs in the same building and we had to share the same elevator with drunk person. Not feeling safe at all. Smoky smell around the whole hotel.

Not a great place to stay. We booked a room with a window but could have saved the money, since it was so stained and dirty that it was impossible to look outside (see photos). Room was not ready on time. We were only allowed to enter after 6pm, since cleaning was not done jet. Staff was rather cold an wouldn't even greet once you enter the hotel. Besides the great location, the best thing about the place was the coffee. They have a decent coffee machine so that's something...

Clean and nice small hotel. Truly value for money. They even provide simple breakfast with all the food that you need for a normal breakfast. Very centrally located and a lot of eateries and shopping malls within walking distance. The subway exit is just next to its entrance! The Taipei underground city is just below! The counter service is excellent and helpful. Although there’s a karaoke within the building, you can hardly hear the noise as this hotel is located much higher from them at the 13th floor. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right beside an MRT station. Rooms are very modern and newly refurbished, spacious with good facilities and all have large TV and bathtub. The bed is comfortable to sleep on and all the rooms have a great ventilation system. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The housekeeping staff are really helpful. The front of house team are so accommodating and friendly especially Erina who spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at the place don't know how to greet guests in a pleasant way, don’t even know how to say hello or ask how you are or even look at you when you enter the hotel. Try to work on that

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
