        Amazing location. However rooms are in terrible condition. Broken, rusty taps. Filled with Cockroaches and bed bugs. When I reserved, I was given the standard rate. When I checked in, I realised there is an offer (30% off) for commercial bank cards. So I told them I will pay by card to avail the discount. Then the manager told me that the rate given to me already considers the discount (even though I didn't mention that I'll be paying through my com bank card). Definitely a fake offer. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing. Good food.

        Hotel rooms are in terrible condition no maintenance, amenities is the worse, towels and linen like dead. No WiFi except reception and restaurant. Chaise longue on the beach are damaged, food was below OK. No phones in the "what called rooms" to request any service. It seems that Owners don't spend any to renovate the hotel. The building are nice, however, it could've been much better because of the good location.

        Service is terrible, they only worry about the money. Tuna was old, tasting almost spoiled. wondering why while very close to cost. Racism is very high. Team is very offensive instead friendly. Feel so sorry. Excellence Allocations, wrong team or not trained.

        My 3rd time at the hotel. Standards have really dropped. No welcome drink, Confusion at the reception, Room without towels etc. At breakfast all attention was given to the GM of the hotel having his meal while we had find our own drinking water. No staff were present to help guest. However the boat service can be rated excellent.

        They take you to hotel by a boat from the main entrance.Food was great. We went for all 3 buffets. Good variety. Nice location. Rooms needs to be upgraded

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
