Great hotel! Loved the quiet, cozy room we got. Was small but suited our needs perfectly. Appreciated the refillable water bottles. Very clean and nice showers/bathrooms in general. Some of the best sleep I've had in years; honestly the best part was the comfy bed. Could have used a mini fridge to stow away leftovers but that's my only real complaint. Loved our stay!

Don’t waste your time. Booked this hotel for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend through Expedia. We had a snow storm the night before our trip and were snowed in and couldn’t even leave our house to make it to Chicago. Called the hotel and tried to get hotel credit or switch dates and nobody would assist. Then called Expedia and they were willing to switch dates for me but it needed to be approved by hotel manager. Manager emailed back didn’t even try to empathize with our situation expected us to make the hazardous drive in snow and ice and wouldn’t switch dates or give us a refund. Got charged over $200 for 2 days that we couldn’t even go. Plenty of better options in the city.

The rooms are well appointed and wonderfully quiet. And yes, the rooms are small. All the more reason to take advantage of this hotel's excellent location. In The Loop, at the corner of Adams and Clark, you are an easy walk away from Grant Park and the Art Institute. The hotel is modern, well maintained and the staff is helpful and professional. Need something for your room? Just text the front desk and their response is almost immediate. And you're never without dining options as the Elephant and Castle Pub is accessible via the lobby and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with the kitchen open late. If The Loop is where you want to be, consider this hotel a good choice.

The rooms are pretty nice. I got the cheapest room you can get. And man I read all the bad reviews about this place. And second guessed it. But when I got here the rooms turned out great. They're not huge. At least mine wasn't. They do come with a mini fridge and microwave now. I didn't have to ask for mine at all. The service is good to. They told me everything I needed to know and more. And the location. The location is amazing. In the middle of the city not far from anywhere. You could literally walk wherever you need to. I know people have had bad experiences with this place but it seems to be as if they have fixed there mistakes cuz it's been amazing. And very clean too.

I had to find somewhere to stay for the night before a flight out the next morning, blindly picked Club Quarters and I am so glad I did! The property was beautiful & in a great, central location. I arrived after check-in and b/c the room I had booked wasn't ready, the manager offered me an upgrade to a 9th floor room that had an incredible view/extra amenities. Across the board, hotel staff really went out of their way. I also recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel, Elephant & Castle!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
