Good value hotel in a great location, but the rooms were basic and dated. The carpet and curtains were worn and stained, clock/chargers by the bed were horribly dirty, things just seemed kinda worn out. Bathroom had been renovated and was perfectly clean but the shower is small. Wouldn’t describe our ‘deluxe’ room as anything but no frills but it does the job for a stay in downtown SF. Staff were friendly and helpful but they have a self-service terminal system which seems pointless - why not just have a regular desk? Would stay here again at the low price I paid given its location but don’t expect luxury.

I had an incredible stay at Club Quarters in San Francisco. The service is truly outstanding, thank you to the staff Jeremiah, Greg, Brian, Marie, and Mel going above and beyond and made my trip. The room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the city. The beds were exceptionally comfy as well. The rooftop also had great views and vibes for relaxing. The lobby has a perfect working space with free coffee and drinks and other nice amenities. I have to really emphasize that this hotel has the most incredible staff. Their friendly attitudes gave this hotel the best vibes. From the receptionists to the cleaning crew, every staff member made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Check-in was fast, easy, and very warm. The restaurant food was tasty and had generous portions. I also enjoyed the working lounge, plus coffee amenities. Unfortunately, the rooms were so dirty! The carpet was stained and faded, the room smelled of smoke, and there was a thick layer of dust. It was clear that the rooms were refreshed but not cleaned. The charging port on my nightstand looked sticky and dusty. And the towels were rough, ouch!! For over $800 for 2 nights, I expected a properly cleaned room.
