The rooms appear to be 30 years outdated and provide little comfort; bathrooms with sticky shower curtains do not suit a 300€/night hotel. Breakfast was among the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve tried. For some reason the room service also didn‘t clean my room. The staff also didn‘t provide the level of service I would expect in a 4-Star Hotel Only good thing: location is great. Overall: Not recommended

Rooms fine, comfy bed, super shower, no frills but in a great location close to the tube line. No real service when checking in & out. Not told about lifts needing room card or anything about the hotel at all. It was very noisy at night with screaming shouting, doors banging. Tea n coffee & cold water available. Only booked as we were going to a show & trains on strike but wouldn't rush back.

I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel London City for one night, which was pleasant enough. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and you'll struggle to beat this. Liverpool Street is just a short walk away and you're not far from shops and the various hotspots of London. The room itself was good; the bed was comfortable, the facilities were fine and you get free bottled water, coffee etc in the hotel. The staff at reception were helpful (although contact was minimal due to digital check-in) and the hotel was good enough for the one night we stayed. The hotel does feel a little budget and outdated in some parts, but on the whole we had a pleasant stay.

I stayed there for work for a few nights and had higher expectations given the outrageous cost of the room (almost 300 per night). The location is great but that’s about it. The rooms are very dated, tiny and dusty, service is more like self service. Bathroom feels like a mix of prison and butcher. The temperature is hard to regulate and the vent thing very noisy. The cups we got were still dirty when we arrived. The bed quality was super bad: cheap and unstable too small mattress. There was a cup in the window from the previous guest. The curtains didn’t even fit the window frame etc. all in all it really need a makeover urgently. Gordon Ramsey maybe?

This is a decent *2* star hotel at best. It makes zero sense that this is labeled a 4 star hotel. Do not pay more than 120 pounds a night to stay here. Reviewers say it’s simply old and outdated. No. It’s just cheap quality all the way the around. And the occasional rude/unprofessional front desk service doesn’t help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
