Recently, I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Club Quarters Hotel on Wacker Drive in Chicago. As a seasoned traveler familiar with various hotels, I confidently declare this one as the best I have had the pleasure of staying at. The room provided exceptional comfort, offering a perfect retreat after a day of city exploration. The staff were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The rates were reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality of accommodation. What truly stood out was the personal and professional touch of the management staff, particularly from Hotel Manager Ryan Grady, who not only made my stay memorable but also followed up with me post-visit. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The AI guest service system is top notch. We were able to ask the AI about parking prior to arrival as well as request toothbrushes to our room (we forgot ours!!) We checked in with the Kiosks and headed to our room. The room has everything we needed including a beautiful view of the river. The guest service desk worker, Tony, was so kind to us. We will be staying here again!

This hotel was definitely a gem. For the price and location, it was a very good value. Bed was too firm for my liking. TV was glitchy, but staff were attentive. Staff in general were very friendly. Bottle filling stations were a great addition.

Location is amazing you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Their conference room was awesome as well. The rooms are tragic unfortunately and the valet setup is absolutely terrible. To valet your car you have to walk down to the other valet stand in front of a different hotel. Every time we used it we had to wait for like 20 to 30 minutes for someone to even come that knew what we were talking about. It was really bad to be honest. It stares directly at the trump towers if you like that. I could see the corn cob buildings from out front so I loved that! Close to everything!

This was the best hotel stay I think I've ever experienced. The bed was great. The pillows were excellent. The price was competitive. The real topper was a front desk employee named Ronnie. From the moment I entered the check-in area he was there to get me through the process quickly and efficiently. All the while he told me about the perks that come with a Club Quarters hotel stay. Ronnie is a master of World Class customer service. When I needed to store a bag for a few hours he was gracious and helpful. When I come back to Chicago I'll definitely be staying at the Club Quarters hotel on Wacker. That's a "no brainer". "People will soon forget what it was that you did for them. But, they will never forget how you made them feel". Well done Ronnie! You're a true asset to the company that employs you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
