        Great location right next to the World Trade Center and in close proximity to Battery Park. We got there on the first day well after check-in but unfortunately the room wasn't ready and we ended up waiting a good 30 to 40 minutes. But they did have a nice waiting area with coffee and a TV. That's about the only thing that didn't go well here. We paid a little extra for a room with a king bed and a view of the memorial, and it was totally worth it. It might just be the best view I've had from a hotel room so far. Also really liked the rooftop bar. The people behind the desk were great, too. Given the location of the hotel in one of the cleaner parts of Manhattan, this is one that will check off a lot of boxes for travelers of all kinds.

        Our stay here was amazing! The room was well spacious and I loved that the hotel has free water coolers in the hallways with reusable bottle! Free coffee machine too with good coffee not just watered down. Only con was because it was busy season, I had to ask for an express room service daily to change my bath towels- would like it more but other than that, stay was fantastic !!

        Great Hotel, directly opposite of the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial. We had a great Room with a beautiful view, after we were offered a better Room, since they were fully booked on the first night and gave us a relatively small room with no view. We were positively surprised of the offer and the service by the staff members of the reception. If we come back to New York one day, we will definitely choose Club Quarters WTC again :)

        Really enjoyed my 4 night stay at this hotel. The free water was fantastic saving money on constantly buying bottled water. Also free coffee if you like. I found the beds to be pretty comfortable to sleep on and the pillows were nice. The bathrooms were a nice size and stocked with essential things if you forgot some items. The hotel is situated in a perfect area if your travelling for business purposes or tourism purposes as it’s directly beside the trade centre and wall street. If your looking to eat out there’s many places nearby that can facilitate you. Check in and Check out was very simple, you can use the machine or speak with the staff. We found the machine very easy to use not overly complicated. I am already checking dates available for this hotel for when I return to New York soon. Great stay!

        Good place for the price. Rooms could use some TLC but issues are very minor. If you spring for a larger superior room you get a good sized room for Manhattan at a great price. Front desk staff are great. 20th floor rooftop is a nice bonus. And having water bottles with fill stations is nice to carry out exploring the city. Location is close to several subway lines.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
