For this trip, my family and I stayed here for 4 days in a large single room with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The staff was great and very helpful with whatever we needed. We love San Diego, so the location for us was great. The parking was a good price considering the pricing in other cities. The valet staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend if you are going to San Diego.

I live in a city so I didn't feel uncomfortable in this location but I wouldn't recommend it. Our room faced 5th Ave so there was a good amount of noise and people yelling in the middle of the night. It didn't keep us up but you know it's bad when the hotel leaves sleeping aids in the room. I'm used to noise but it's just not pleasant on vacation. The on-site parking option is valet service and is $40/night. It's very unpredictable. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to get your car, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes they never notify you. You have to go around the block as well and there's no seating while you wait. It's tough if you're with someone who can't stand for long periods of time. Otherwise the staff was super nice and everything in the room was fine.

The staff were so helpful and kind!!! Especially Casey thank you for your patience with my family & I! The rooms were nice sized and convenient having the kitchenette in them! Location was close to pretty much everything AND they have a (complimentary) mini golf cart that’ll take you anywhere in the downtown area! Loved it!

Let me say that the customer service was the best part. I was skeptical about writing a review but here it is. First off they charged me an extremely high amount of points to stay here. Secondly no pool or jacuzzi. Thirdly rats running rampant and dead animals in the street in front of the establishment. Forth, be prepared to pay $40 a day to park in a crowded parking lot or vallet park. Cleanliness of room wasn't that good. Not to mention them putting my room right next to the elevator. I asked to be moved but was denied. The smell outside is horrific. Gun shots in the middle of the night WITH THE HELICOPTER CIRCLING which is why they probably provide ear plugs. NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. TRANSIENTS ALL AROUND. I wish I never booked this stay. Wyndham you definitely need to compensate for this one, I'm going to need my points back. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. So disappointing. WILL NEVER REFFER OR RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. Don't even talk about accessibility. This place is hard to find with all the streets blocked off. Wyndham feel free to call me when you respond to this review and say your working on improving.

The hotel and staff are great. Taking off one star for the surroundings. The place is litteraly next door to a boarded up pawn shop and sketchy homeless people are always lingering in the immediate vicinity. Extremely loud at night when the bars are hopping. Also the Wyndham does not have it's own parking. You have to pay $40 a day for the valet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
