Nice spacious & clean rooms.The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The jacuzzi is small and the pool is always overcrowded. The elevator is a major setback. Having to constantly wait 15 plus minutes for an elevator was annoying. My kids and I missed our bus because we has to wait over 40 minutes for the elevator. They offer you free nights at check-in if you agree to a tour.( which later on you will find out it isn’t actually a tour but their company trying to sell you timeshare). You have to leave a $40 deposit using a credit card. That was a waste of my 90 minutes. They try to pressure you into buying even with you telling them no numerous times. I’m not sure if I would return.

Decent hotel right off the strip. Right next to Resorts and Hard Rock (walking distance). Parking is expensive, like $25/ day… there is a lot next door but it’s only up to 8 hours so I’d recommend parking at resorts! Good sized rooms, if recommended for families or travelers who won’t be spending much time in the casinos. Only con is the elevators, they’re on a weird system

Friendly staff. Sales a little pushy when checking in - they want to invite you to a 90 minute timeshare pitch. Our room was unfortunately right next to the three elevators on the 30th floor of the hotel which caused a little unwanted sounds. The balcony is nice as is the pull out couch. It gives you a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the casinos. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. If I were to return to AC, which I will most definitely not, I would recommend staying here if you have children. Between the indoor pool and movie nights it's a great place for families.

I booked the Deluxe Suite, since I would be sharing the room with a friend. The kitchen/living room area was a nice size and was very comfortable since we decided to stay in for the night due to heavy rains. The bedroom with the on-suite was very spacious and the second bedroom and bath was great and nice that we did not have to share a bathroom. We got used to the elevator system. No big deal. The location was great to the boardwalk. Overall, it was nice and I would definitely stay there again.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 families for a long weekend. They were able to place us all on one floor which was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the kitchen basics you'd need. It's a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk too. I've read reviews with comments about the elevators. I'm glad to say that we had absolutely no issues. Never had to wait more than a minute every time we needed to use it. We were on the 17th floor. (Maybe it wasn't a busy weekend?) The staff we dealt with was courteous and very helpful. We felt like we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
