The place is quite close to the main road which makes it accessible to the metro.

Poor service. Employees like to make faces and speak bluntly. If you report something to be repaired, you have to wait a very long time to the point where it's almost unusable. You have to go again and again to come. The air conditioner was not cool from the beginning. The room phone was broken and I took it out and said I would bring a new one. It's been a year and I still haven't gotten it. As for the air conditioner, it hasn't been repaired until now. It hasn't been turned on but the full room price is charged. There is no cart to use when carrying things up to the room. Tell the boss not to use it. Very bad. Will not recommend anyone to stay. I will tell everyone what I encountered because you have not improved your service or this kind of bad behavior. If you get a new room Let me tell you, I'm ready to leave. I have children telling my children, I have grandchildren telling my grandchildren that they don't have to stay here. We are customers of a room for a month, not cheap, 7000-8000 baht per month, but you act like we are asking to live here for free like this, very bad.

Take advantage of customers a lot. The air conditioner is very old, noisy, not cool, water drips. Collected the air conditioner cleaning fee and never came to clean it once. If you don't want to waste a lot of money or be taken advantage of, then don't rent. The owner is a very fickle person and a very cheating person. I will take only money, everything is expensive, plus everything. Make the rules to give yourself an advantage. The employees were very bad and dishonest.

The equipment in the room such as the air conditioner is very old, the sound is loud, there is water dripping, the water heater is very old, the corridor area is dirty and has a lot of dust. The staff doesn't speak politely, like we're asking to stay and collect the high electricity bill. Not as specified by the Electricity Authority, 8 baht per unit, water does not flow often. Solve the problem of delay

Before renting here I've read some reviews and thought for a bit whether it would be as bad as the reviews. So I decided not to believe the reviews. Move in. The law is very bad. Make a face and say this like It's like we came to ask to stay for free. Electricity costs are very expensive. Sometimes, if you're not home for almost 2 weeks or a month, you hardly turn on the air conditioner, meaning it's not useful, it's expensive as usual. The people who had been staying there for a short time had all moved out, but new people kept moving in. So I wanted to write a review to give you some thought. No one wants to move places often, so look carefully.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
