The rooms were clean, and I love how they keep them tidy every day. Even when we went out around 3 pm, the staff would change the bed sheets and help maintain the room's cleanliness. It was a great stay! The staffs are nice and friendly. The only thing I hope is if they can provide free breakfast in the future would be awesome.

I have stayed at this hotel twice for 5-7 days and other Coast hotels in BC. I will never be staying at this hotel again due to the incredibly poor service. The staff are rude and will not go above and beyond at all. When I asked the concierge about a package that was being held at the hotel he said “package? What package?” When we called for a late checkout, they told us we could have an extra hour. Then on checkout day, we were being called asking why we hadn’t checked out and our key cards were deactivated. No one ever helped us with our baggage and luggage. When I asked to get back upstairs to get my luggage to checkout, reception asked me for my ID…even though she saw me come down to grab the carts and immediately go back up. The staff should’ve recognized us since we stayed for a whole week. You would think booking one of the nicest rooms and paying $2000 (and booking directly through their website) would make a difference. Absolutely not. Save your money and stay at an actual 4 star hotel, not one where the staff treats you like a 2 star hotel. Never ever again. They didn’t even try to make it right when I complained at the front desk.

Business. Rooms were clean, but I found them to feel sterile. For the price I expected more in room amenities. Service at front desk at check in was tolerable. The staff working the conference we attended were fantastic! We loved being able to slip down to the water at lunch.

Enjoyed the stay, rooms and conference facilities were great. Booked a room over 2 months in advance for my colleague at what I confirmed by phone to be the same rate. However invoiced at a higher rate! Asked for an adjustment and was told I did not have a confirmation so it would not be honored. Lesson learned, Don't believe what they tell you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
